67 are normal (these are less used skills like rez sig and stuff)
8 is r.

I have interrupts set to 3 and r usually.

Idk if anyone has said this, but look for glyphs. Chances are and in the lower levels its 90%+ sure that an aegis is comming right after a glyph has gone up. Its one easy way to making sure your warriors are hitting as much as possible.

for keys I have 1-5 normal, Q is cancel action, E, R, F are 6, 7, 8. Put your interrupts where your reflexes are fastest and the skills you don't have to time farther away from the center.
